If you've lost an item, please complete the form below.

Lost and Found staff will review the information provided and respond to your inquiry, usually within 24 hours. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for items to be transferred to the Lost and Found Office at Union Station. Alternatively, you may visit us at an UP Express Service counter or contact us at 1-844-GET-ON-UP.

For items lost in the Terminal Link train station or Terminals 1 and 3 of Toronto Pearson Airport, please contact the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) Customer and Terminal Services department at 416-247-7678, toll free at 1-866-207-1690, by email at lostandfound@gtaa.com, or by visiting the Lost and Found office located on the ground level in Terminal 1.
