Notice of Violation 

If you were issued a Notice of Violation under Metrolinx By-Law 7, you have 15 days to either pay the fine or dispute it. Please click here for more information: Notice of Violation

Late Payment Fee

Effective December 1st, 2025, for Notices of Violation that remain unpaid or not disputed beyond the prescribed timelines, a late payment fee of $25 will be added.

Pay your Notice of Violation

Your Notice of Violation must be paid within 15 days of being issued. A Late Payment fee may be applied after 15 days.

The Notice of Violation can be paid:

  • Online
  • In-person (by appointment only)

There is a service fee for online payments. Access to the portal requires that you have your ticket number and appropriate personal identification details readily available

Request an Administrative Review on your Notice of Violation

If you would like to dispute your Notice of Violation, please submit a request for an Administrative Review within 15 days of receiving a Notice of Violation.

Note: Once you submit your dispute, it will be placed in the queue, and we will respond in the sequence in which it was received. This may take up to 30 days. We thank you for your patience.
