At Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) you can:
- Buy your UP Express and/or GO Transit tickets
- Purchase a new PRESTO card*
- Load funds to your PRESTO card
- Set a default trip
- Check your balance, transaction history and fare type
- Settle overdraft or missed tap-off charges
- Activate Autoload or an online registration
- Set your default language to English or French
*Please note that PRESTO cards purchased at TVMs are automatically set as an adult fare type but can be changed by a Station Ambassador at Union Station or at select Shoppers Drug Mart locations.
For a better customer experience, the TVMs are equipped with toe clearance for customers using mobility devices, a large screen with high contrast display, high contrast and braille labels and an enhanced accessibility mode with audio output that enables control of the TVM using the PIN pad.
