Up your cocktail game with Dolly Trolley Drinks! Born out of the pandemic with the closure of Supernova Ballroom, this female-run business pivoted to at-home cocktail delivery. Delivering to the entire GTA, the Liberty Village-based Dolly Trolley Drinks menu features a rotating selection of handmade bottled cocktails and DIY mixers that run the gamut from tried and true cocktail classics to the super elite “21 Club” of which only a limited 21 bottles are produced. Each box contains a 515ml bottle of pre-mixed cocktail, garnish and brown butter popcorn for snacking.

Bar Reyna

Bar Reyna will help you be your own bartender with their Reyna On The Rocks DIY drink kit. Each month, Bar Reyna’s expert mixologists will curate a different DIY cocktail box based on your spirit of choice – vodka, gin, bourbon or rum – with house-made syrups and bitters for two different drink recipes. Or simply crack open one of their ready-to-drink cocktails like The Queen Likes It Hot – a spicy mix of Bulleit bourbon, Ancho Reyes liqueur, orange bitters, mole bitters and chili. Bar Mordecai

Located on trendy Dundas Street West, Bar Mordecai is here to get you serving in style at home with their hand-crafted cocktail kits. Offering a variety of both ready-to-pour bottles and DIY mix-your-own cocktail kits with enough for three to four servings, Bar Mordecai is also here for the non-drinkers looking to spice up happy hour.
